The Go-to-Market Enablement team is looking for a leader of Partner Enablement to join a highly collaborative team.  The successful candidate will have experience building enablement programs for a broad range of partner types, while using data and analytics to show impact.  Success in the role will be based on converting partner enablement requirements from Channel leadership into programs with measurable business results.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Go-to-Market Enablement, working within a matrixed team.  Work from US home office is available, and eastern time zone location is preferred.

  • Develop the global enablement strategy for partners, including resellers, global system integrators, advisories and managed service providers.
  • Establish regular stakeholder interactions to ensure alignment on priorities, share program status and articulate support needs.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding and upskilling programs for sales and technical roles, including eLearning components, certifications and the associated delivery infrastructure.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting, summarizing quarterly progress on agreed metrics for Channel and Finance leadership.
  • Work with frontline Channel Account Managers to provide enablement guidance and support to their partners.
  • Contribute to the Channel communication strategy, including monthly newsletter articles, Channel ‘All Hands’ meetings and enablement guides.
  • Partner with the Events team for the annual Partner Kick Off and associated global events throughout the year.
  • Collaborate within the Enablement team to drive efficiency, consistency and quality of the partner focused programs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to build relationships and influence all levels within the organization, especially with senior management and executive levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely and compellingly.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to provide practical insights from complex datasets.
  • Creative problem-solving, able to take a hands-on approach to building enablement solutions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated project management capability in a highly matrixed organization, including vendor contributions.
  • Relentless customer focus, with the aim of delighting customers throughout their partner experience and subsequent value delivery.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 8+ years of partner enablement experience
  • Experience working with global teams in multiple time zones.
  • Prior experience within the cyber security industry preferred.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$185,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits
