Job Description

EMAPPLY is currently seeking a young, tech-savvy and detail-oriented Virtual Marketing and Admin Assistant to join our client's team remotely in the events industry. You'll play a key role in supporting the marketing and administrative functions of the client. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in both marketing and administrative tasks.

 

The ideal candidate would be an adaptable, tech-savvy, creative individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent project management and communication skills. Additionally, the individual will act as the client's primary support, managing their busy schedule and assisting with various tasks.

 

Role: Virtual Marketing and Admin Assistant

Location: Remote

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2am - 10am SAST FULL-TIME

Salary: AUD 1650 - AUD 2100 per month | R20 000 - R25 000 (estimate and based on experience)

 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the client's calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating content for various social media platforms.
  • Provide support in administrative tasks and basic financial management.
  • Handle communication with clients and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Assist with marketing strategies and manage all social media accounts.
  • Help in organising and coordinating events.
  • Perform various administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of previous experience in marketing and administrative roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools like Calendar, Monday, Motion, and social media platforms, especially TikTok.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to assist with content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a huge plus.
  • Experience with CRM/database management is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Available to start immediately or in 1 week if successful.
