Job Description

EMAPPLY is currently seeking a Customer Service Superstar with over 3 years of experience to join our client's agency remotely in the Digital Marketing industry in Australia. If you have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

Role: Customer Service Superstar

Location: Remote

Hours: 2am - 10am SAST FULL TIME

Salary: AUD 1500 - 2070 per month | ZAR 18 000 - R25 000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understand and effectively use digital agency terminology.
  • Manage phone communications efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all customer requests are completed accurately and timeously.
  • Handle communication through phone, SMS, and email.
  • Find opportunities to upgrade/upsell customers.
  • Schedule appointments with clients.
  • Update social media posts on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Add and manage leads in the lead management system.
  • Conduct phone support calls to understand client needs, address concerns, and update records.
  • Send payment details and finalise transactions via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or assist with finance forms.
  • Respond to client inquiries and keep them updated throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, and CRMs like Gohighlevel or similar platforms.
  • Experience in handling orders, emails, calls, and tickets.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving abilities and autonomy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Efficiency in meeting deadlines.
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
