Uw Onderhoudspartner Lenferink is a leading property maintenance company that provides high-quality solutions for various commercial and residential properties. We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their journey with us. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You should have a deep understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value to clients. You should also have a track record of developing and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Ensure clients' satisfaction with our products and services through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage and engagement to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum client success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to effectively support clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the property maintenance or real estate industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
