As a Onboarding Specialist, you will contribute to reshaping Canada's fintech industry, and be a key player in our growth journey.

Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings to help clients understand the product features and functionalities.

Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to ensure clients can effectively use the product.

Assist clients with setting up their accounts and configuring the product to suit their business needs, ensuring that all technical requirements and integrations are properly tested.

Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources for clients to reference during and after onboarding.

Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in tech and B2B environment.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales tools.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
