Job Description:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Onboarding, the Onboarding Success Manager will play a key role in supporting various functions within the Onboarding Department as well as collaborating across different departments at Freestar. In this position, you will enhance organizational efficiency by coordinating and leading all Publisher Onboarding outreach, presenting the process, providing industry expertise,  and managing all associated tasks to completion. Responsibilities also include staying informed about Freestar products, remaining up-to-date on industry trends, and fostering seamless communication across teams to ensure a successful transition for clients within the Onboarding process. 

The ideal candidate should exhibit strong organizational skills, adeptness at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a people-centric perspective with a collaborative and positive approach.

The key pillars of our Publisher Onboarding team are:

  • Customer Service: You pride yourself on excellent customer service skills including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Providing timely, accurate, and concise answers to inquiries and resolving publishers’ concerns by making and following through with realistic commitments is second nature to you.
  • Proactive Communication: You are the “squeaky wheel” who’s comfortable asking publishers’ and cross teams to complete tasks in a timely manner. (You may have to ask more than once.)
  • Attention to Detail: You enjoy following a step by step process and double checking your work (and everyone else’s) to ensure our publishers’ success. 
  • Project Management: You have top notch project management skills, and love seeing a project through from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability: You’re going to be looking at a lot of data, so you need to be comfortable with navigating through and combining data sets.
  • Flexibility: You will be juggling a lot of requests and you will need to calmly prioritize them while ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.
  • Product Knowledge: You can utilize the tools the company affords you to understand Freestar, but also have the willingness to keep up with our constantly changing industry.
  • Technical Comfort: You are able to learn technical concepts quickly. You will be comfortable communicating and actioning on technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 

Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for assigned publishers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Communicate assigned publishers’ needs cross functionally and prioritize effectively.
  • Manage the onboarding process across teams.
  • Complete all onboarding tasks, as assigned, to ensure customer success.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on our analytics dashboard and products.
  • Regularly manage projects and keep our team updated on how the project is progressing.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years (minimum) AdOps experience.
  • Experience with set up of direct campaigns, programmatic, PMPs, and header bidding.
  • Comfort with Google Ad Manager, Excel, and Google Products.
  • You have a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising world.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Bonus: Experience with troubleshooting HTML and JavaScript on web pages utilizing tools like inspect, local overrides and Google console.
