Role overview
As a Robot Master, you'll work with cutting-edge technology to support autonomous vehicles (robots) in their day-to-day operations at customer sites, primarily warehouses. Your main responsibility will be to operate a remote tool, ensuring the continuous and safe operation of the robots. Utilizing surrounding cameras and remote tool indicators, you'll make decisions about whether the robot can proceed safely or if interventions are necessary to help it complete its assigned missions.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and excel as team players with a strong work ethic. You should be able to work independently, multitask effectively, and make sensible decisions under pressure. Maintaining a high level of focus throughout your entire shift is essential.

Requirements
Business
- Meet or exceed departmental adherence goals by regularly completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Take initiative in assisting internal teams with project-related requests.
- Manage time effectively and responsibly, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
Leadership
- Help train new agents by shadowing and providing guidance.
- Identify critical issues and escalate to direct manager/next level as required.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure there is always coverage at each site.
Analytics
- Utilize remote control tools to constantly monitor and assist with robot navigation at designated sites, which operate 24/7 with varying hours.
- Ensure continuous support to designated sites, proactively identifying and addressing issues to avoid disruptions to production.
- Identify opportunities to streamline customer/robot operations and make recommendations.
Communication
- Provide exceptional customer support experience to customers.
- Document accurate details of robot operations and report daily status during Daily Shift calls.
- Create tickets for any issues encountered and escalate to Tier 2 support team members, if necessary.
- Follow established escalation processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Good proficiency in English

- If you successfully pass the test - we’ll invite you for the online Interview via MS Teams with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. It’s a perfect chance to exchange questions and get to know each other better. For some projects there might be a second interview with a Team Lead or an Operations Manager.
