Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of Spanish Speaking Online iGaming Customer Support in Greece. We are partnering with a leading iGaming company to provide exceptional customer support services to Spanish-speaking players.

As a Spanish Speaking Online iGaming Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for assisting players with their inquiries, providing technical support, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring player satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

• Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking players
• Provide excellent customer support via chat, email, and phone
• Assist players with inquiries, account-related issues, and technical difficulties
• Resolve player complaints and conflicts in a professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of game offerings and promotions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure player satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and responsible gaming guidelines

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with iGaming industry is a plus
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
