Position Overview: Data Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with large-scale, complex datasets. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans and execute these plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with business leaders and engineers to address critical business questions.
Develop new solutions and innovative approaches to solve big and ambiguous problems.
Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

2-3 years of experience in an Analyst or Analytics role, with 3 years being the maximum.
Proven experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to decompose business requirements into a structured analytical plan.
