Product Data Analyst

Join Addi’s product team and help us on our mission to be Latin America’s favorite way to pay. Work alongside a team of experienced analysts that own analytics strategy for Addi’s products. Focusing on consumer, you’ll inform the decisions that delight and engage our users.

We view our data as a differentiating asset that enables our success – You’ll become an expert on our data, using industry-leading data tools to drive our product decision making. In this role you will:

• Define team KPIs and codify them into the dashboards that track team success

• Perform analyses to determine what and how we invest across Addi’s products, marketing, and risk initiatives

• Design the evaluation process to measure success of product we ship. Establish A/B testing principles

• Partner with an all-star team of engineers, designers, marketers, risk analysts, and more – to bring features to market and measure their impact

• Own data lifecycle, standardization, nomenclature and documentation (i.e. data hygiene)

• Build a system of alerts and insights in order to help shorten product and overall feedback loops.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience working in an analytical role involving ingestion, transformation, and/or analyzing datasets

• SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc)

• An ownership mindset, is outcome driven, and effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams

• English fluency

• Excitement and passion about fintech products

• Experience working with Python or R

• Experience working on credit, risk, or fraud products
