Data Architect

We work with the largest AWS premier partners around North America. Our expert consultants offer support when Amazon cannot solve problems and suggest solutions or implement projects in the AWS environment. Amazon uses us as a consultancy for service provision, including new product development, and we have a team of the world’s best cloud professionals focused on AWS, with ten consultants, among them four Brazilians.

Our team has 200 associates worldwide, including experienced cloud troubleshooting consultants. We are global partners of Azure and Google, covering almost all technologies. Our main purpose is cloud migration, with 95% of projects focused on this, and the other 5% on cloud-to-cloud migration projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design, and implement data architectures that seamlessly integrate AI and ML capabilities;
• Develop strategies for incorporating machine learning models into data pipelines, ensuring scalability and efficiency;

• Collaborate with data scientists for ML model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance;
• Architect robust data solutions using modern platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• Lead development of ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, and warehouses optimized for AI/ML;
• Stay updated on big data and AI/ML advancements, integrating them into architecture practices;
• Drive AI/ML innovation in data architecture for enhanced insights and decision-making;
• Lead technical discussions and training on AI/ML methodologies;
• Mentor and develop a team, promoting technical excellence and innovation;
• Engage clients to understand business challenges and advise on AI/ML-driven solutions;
• Present AI/ML-centric architectures aligned with client goals;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as an AI/ML expert.

• Advanced English (at least between B2/C1); 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field;
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on AI and ML;
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, tools, and best practices;
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architecture (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.);
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, and SQL;
• Extensive experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data lakes;
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and projects;
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences;
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, crafting tailored AI/ML solutions;
• Strategic thinker, adept at solving complex business challenges with innovative data and AI/ML strategies.
