About the Role
 
The Brand Design Intern role reporting directly to Design Lead, Brand (Art Director) will support the creative team, which sits within the Super.com Product Design team. They will be responsible for supporting the team on day-to-day design needs in collaboration with Brand Designers, Product Design Team, PMs, Growth Team, and Marketing Team. The candidate should have a meticulous eye for detail as well as understanding of business goals/metrics.



Challenges You'll Solve
  • Concept, design, and execute creative brand assets for use in both Super.com’s marketing materials and placements in Super.com product. 
  • Design visuals for and produce digital paid ad campaigns for various channels like Google and Meta.
  • Design assets for the People & Talent team for LinkedIn, Social Media, and internal presentations.
  • Support Social Media team to create images, thumbnails, designs for our organic channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create designs for a wide spectrum of deliverables including slide decks, print ads, company swag, and more.  
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.



About You
  • You have a design portfolio demonstrating a proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 
  • You have an understanding of design fundamentals, including application of brand guidelines, and usage of brand elements. (color, typography, illustration, and composition)
  • You embrace and enjoy collaboration, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You’re a self-starter with openness to feedback and the ability to take direction.
  • You think critically and creatively to help solve business objectives. 
  • You keep up with design trends and pop culture that might inform your designs.
  • Bonus points for a specific interest or experience working in Travel & Fintech!
