- Create design mockups based on approved concepts and wireframes for web/desktop/mobile/embedded products
- Work with responsive web and touchscreen UI
- Work closely with the design team, project managers, BAs, and developers. Perform design hands-off and have an ability to effectively communicate design decisions
- Perform design tasks completion within the deadline and according to the task description and technical constraints
- Estimate the time required to complete the work, involving mentor/lead/senior designer to validate significant estimates
- Communicate with the PM and Senior Designers on any project issues that can affect time & effort estimates or design processes
- Follow project requirements identified and set by PM/TL and comply with the rules established in the corresponding project
- Carry out work according to the functional requirements, under PM/TL supervision. Apply comments from TL and work with the feedback
- Proofread before the delivery, producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Adhere to the design and UX/UI guidelines (storage structure and source files handling culture)
- University degree (preferably in the Design sphere)
- Intermediate+ level of English, ability to hold both online/written communications
- Basic knowledge of software development process, estimation techniques
- Familiarity with Sketch and Figma, a basic understanding of mobile UI, familiarity with Android and IOS guidelines
- Ability to conduct UI review
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS principles
- Ability to create simple UI animations
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint
- Curiosity and continuous learning to develop new skills and improve existing ones
- Ability to work in a team or sole, under the supervision of senior colleagues
