Marketing Designer

Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more! 

We are looking for a Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of working experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects, including banners, logos, and websites. We are open to full-time, part-time, and freelance candidates from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials including banners, logos, websites, and other brand assets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
• Produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media
• Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas
• Create and maintain a library of design templates and assets for the team
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing and enhance user experience

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, with specific examples of banners, logos, and website designs
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and website builders (Framer, Wix, WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
• Design-related project management skills
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, AfterEffects, Final Cut) with a strong portfolio
• Creative mind with strong storytelling and aesthetic skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a fully remote environment is a plus
