Work Arrangement: Fully remote—work from anywhere with overlapping Mountain or Eastern Time working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to $1,600 per month, based on skills and experience
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

Role Overview: As a Presentation Specialist, you’ll work closely with the VP of Learning Design and CEO to develop visually stunning and error-free presentation materials. Your focus will be on enhancing the visual design of educational modules and other professional content, ensuring that every slide and visual asset is compelling and aligned with the company’s standards. This role is ideal for someone who excels in visual design and problem-solving, with an interest in contributing to a dynamic live-group learning platform.
Your Impact: Your expertise in creating high-quality visual content will directly influence the company’s ability to deliver engaging and aesthetically pleasing educational materials. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of learning design through impactful visual presentations and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design and Presentation Creation:
- Develop error-free, visually compelling presentations with a strong focus on Google Slides.
- Ensure alignment and consistency in design, color schemes, and layout across all materials.
- Build custom visual assets for client-specific needs, adhering to high standards of design quality and creativity.
- Identify and rectify design inconsistencies, such as misalignment, sizing errors, or color mismatches.
2. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:
- Approach presentation challenges with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring all visual designs contribute to a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the learner’s perspective and create presentations that enhance the learning process without over-complicating the design.
3. Content Improvement and Quality Assurance:
- Review and continuously improve existing presentation materials to meet internal standards and client expectations.
- Gather feedback and iterate on visual content to ensure optimal performance and impact.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring presentations are polished and professional.
4. Content Creation and Collaboration:
- Work with other teams to create visually consistent marketing collateral, blog posts, and outreach materials.
- Support cross-functional projects by contributing to the visual design of communication materials.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Strong passion for visual design and creating high-quality presentations.
- Must have experience as Presentation Specialist or a similar role in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail in alignment, color schemes, and layout.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on improving visual content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Technologically adept and able to quickly learn new tools and software.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in education, professional development, or ed-tech environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
- Experience with marketing or communication design is a plus.
