How will your daily work look like?

• Leading the development and maintenance of design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to align design strategies and deliver cohesive user interfaces
• Advocating for user-centered design principles by conducting research and incorporating feedback to enhance overall product usability
• Creating interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design solutions, utilizing user feedback to refine and improve the user experience
• Producing detailed design documentation, style guides, and pattern libraries to facilitate seamless collaboration and efficient development processes
• Assessing and proposing solutions in accordance with WCAG accessibility standards

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on Design Systems
• Extensive portfolio of commercial projects
• Demonstrate your expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, along with successful product designs
• Experience in designing digital products (not just websites), i.e. web or mobile apps
• Advanced understanding of Figma, know how to build scalable and efficient design components, and enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding others to become more technically proficient with their design tools
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines
