Job Description
Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Accounts receivable experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of business
- Proven capacity to work within a small team environment
- Skilled in use of Excel
- Xero experience
Nice to Have:
- Highly desirable if worked for another MSP or has knowledge of the platform Connectwise Manage
What will you do?
- Syncing & Sending invoices
- Syncing & posting vendor bills
- Bank + Credit card reconciliation
- Creating payments for authorization
- Payroll & Super processing – Leave review + Payment authorization + Submission of payroll report to ATO.
- Posting of Manual Journals
- Employee and customer on-boarding or off-boarding tasks
- Credit card manual payments processing
- Sending Statements, Clearing off CW Invoices (SR/Projects)
