Billing Specialist

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Preparation and implementation of commercial processes (e.g. billing) in the area of eMobility
• Invoicing: Creation and dispatch of invoices manually and automatically
• Payment processing: verification and processing of customer payment
• Manual/automated output management
• Support of processes/interfaces for general ledger reconciliation
• Coordination of external payment service providers
• Management of billing-relevant master data
• Receivables tracking
• Complaint processing
• Contact person for internal/external billing issues

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Basic commercial understanding
• Good analytical skills and experience in data processing
• Results-oriented and independent way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• You convince with good skills in English/German

Experiences and requirements:

• Commercial training or university degree with a background in business administration
• 2+ years of professional experience in billing/invoicing, payment, order-to-cash or related areas
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office, accounting and CRM software (e.g.: Salesforce)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g.: Pivot tables, Vlookup)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g.: Microsoft D365, SAP) in commercial applications
• Data-Conversion (e.g.: CSV-Excel)
• Fluent English
• Fluent German to correspond with German speaking customers
