Element Accountants & Advisors are an esteemed boutique accounting firm with over 25 years of experience. Their services encompass a wide spectrum, from accounting and bookkeeping to taxation, SMSF management, and business advisory.

We are currently looking for an Intermediate Accountant with at least 3 years of Australian Tax Accountant experience in Public Practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary starting from 95,000 pesos per month, plus HMO and 13th month pay.

Job Summary

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and accurate financial accounting, including the preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend monthly company training and taxation training.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
• Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for:
  • Individuals.
  • Sole traders.
  • Partnerships.
  • Companies.
  • Trusts.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Australian public practice accounting.
• Software skills such as Xero.
• Understanding of Australian taxation laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
