Job Description
As a Pricing Manager at LucaNet, you'll be instrumental in shaping our company's growth trajectory by owning our packaging and pricing strategies across our entire product and service portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll provide vital support to senior management in crafting strategies for both new and established offerings.
Your role extends beyond mere strategy formulation; you'll be at the forefront of market analysis, staying attuned to evolving customer needs, industry trends, and competitor movements. Through research and data-driven insights, you'll identify opportunities for differentiation and optimization, ensuring that our pricing and packaging approaches remain agile and responsive to market dynamics.

- Spearheading the development of packaging and pricing strategies for upcoming product launches, encompassing revenue model formulation, packaging, pricing structures, communication strategies, contractual terms, service level agreements, and implementation plans.
- Driving the pricing strategy for our established products and services, conducting annual pricing strategy reviews, and recommending adjustments to pricing and/or packaging where necessary.
- Collaborating with Senior Product Managers to grasp product strategies and roadmaps, pinpointing key features and innovations that add value for customers and support our pricing strategy narratives for external audiences.
- Assisting the Executive Leadership Team by organizing and leading internal review sessions to align and make decisions regarding pricing strategy.
- Conducting comprehensive pricing strategy analyses, including customer segmentation, market research, and benchmarking, and collaborating closely with data analytics and commercial teams.
- Providing support to the sales operations team in devising and analyzing tactical promotional and discounting initiatives.
- Monitoring competitors' and partners' pricing strategies and tactics and recommending adjustments accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in pricing strategy consulting or a related in-house pricing strategy role.
- Experience working with new as well as established product and service offerings.
- Practical experience with various methods, frameworks, and types of analysis related to pricing strategy including customer segmentation and market research, customer surveys, competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Experience with a broad suite of software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal abilities, as well exceptional communication in English, German is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well productivity and a self-driven mentality, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
