Job Description

This position will serve as the strategic Global Human Resources Program Manager reporting to Global Talent Development.  This position will act as a trusted partner and thought leader in support of Accurate’s global HR programs to deliver on our strategic goals.  

Working collaboratively with the global HR team and key business stakeholders, this individual will manage HR programs and develop effective communication strategies that engage internal and external audiences. This person will partner closely with senior leaders to create content that reflect Accurate’s transformation efforts and employer branding.  Additionally, this role will own our internal and external communication platforms (e.g., intranet, social media accounts) and creatively drive global adoption and engagement.

This role is ideal for an experienced program manager and HR professional who has a passion for creating compelling, employee-centric content; is adept at managing large-scale, global programs; and seeks to make an impact on the global employees and clients we serve.  

This individual must be skillful at managing competing priorities, is a quick and creative thinker, excels at building relationships with diverse groups of people, is process-oriented, and brings rigorous attention to detail and a sense of urgency to everything they do. The ideal candidate will ensure both internal and external communications are inspiring, relevant, and deeply connect with the receiver.

  • Experience and Education Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
  • Experience with communicating at the executive to front-line levels of an organization
  • Experience working on and supporting global teams in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in communicating and driving adoption of new processes and programs
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization in different countries
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels through email, organizational communications, and social media
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced work environment and manage time appropriately
