Job Description

Salary: P40,000 to P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM EST)

 

 

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills with other HR departments such as Payroll etc.
  • Ability to support C-Level executives.
  • Collaborate on various projects, including employee engagement and performance management.
  • Coordinate with off counsel court appearance
  • Registration of Office Guests with Front Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experienced in using HRIS

 

What will you do?

  •  Human Resources:
    • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Accounts:
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
    • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
    • Support the Finance team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
