We are seeking a talented and dedicated People Operations Generalist to join our dynamic team. About The Role
As a People Operations Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring a seamless employee experience in all locations across the globe. You will be responsible for managing people processes, including onboarding, termination, leaves, PEO hiring, and contingent workforce management. You will also be tasked with completing Workday transactions efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Achieve
- Manage and optimize key global processes throughout the employee lifecycle to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on compliance requirements in all locations where we operate and execute compliance audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Act as the first responder to employee questions and manage a ticketing system for issue resolution, and build/maintain a knowledge base to empower employees to find answers independently.
- Manage site support at our Romania office including facilitate vendor communications (cleaning team, landlord, building administration), handle office supply orders, assist IT with equipment needs, and manage keys and security codes.
- Establish and nurture robust partnerships with legal, IT, Finance, Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management, and People Experience (PX) teams to collaborate on projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Around 5 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing people processes.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations and requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, documentation, and compliance matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to effectively lead and contribute to cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- A passion for providing excellent service to employees and a dedication to creating a positive employee experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with colleagues and build strong working relationships.
- Experience in Workday or ClickUp is a plus.
