Dataiku is seeking a talented and motivated People Systems Analyst to join our small but mighty People System team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements and leading small projects in collaboration with our People team. This role works very closely with all levels of the company and must have prior Workday HCM configuration experience and familiarity with Workday architecture.
This role is 100% remote from France or the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System-related inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and Finance leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday
- Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Workday
- Create and maintain the documentation of procedures and processes; develop user guides as needed
Who you are:
- French at a native level and fluent English
- 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and general system administration
- Expertise in at least two additional Workday functional areas (Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, etc), or the ability to learn them
- Possess a solid understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Workday consulting experience is a strong plus
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Workday integrations (XLSTs, Core Connectors, Studio, etc)
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience working in a global organization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects
