The Role:

We are looking to add a Recruiter to our team, to recruit speakers for our events!  The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized, and  have impeccable relationship building skills.  If you are a self starter who enjoys collaborating with teammates on strategic projects, this role is for you!

What you'll do:

  • Contact potential speakers to get them interested in weekly event and conference opportunities with Product School
  • Facilitate a smooth speaker experience from first contact through event execution and conclusion
  • Build long-lasting speaker relationships with the goal of having them speaking at multiple events
  • Communicate with other teams in case of an event change, or speaker cancellation
  • Work with other team members to effectively manage our events calendar
  • Utilize superb planning skills to find the best speaker fit for various events
  • Partner with our B2B team to support sponsorship initiatives

This role could be a good fit for you if:

  • You're a bilingual speaker, fluent in English language
  • You have 1+ years of recruiting experience, 1+ years of account management or sales experience is desirable.
  • You’ve been told you have a strong eye for detail and are extremely organized
  • You thrive on growing your network and have been called natural relationship builder
  • You're a self-starter, who loves chasing targets to achieve your goals
  • You enjoy collaborating with others to work on strategic projects
  • You are familiar with Product Management as a discipline
