Job Description

Neon is an open-source company on a mission to create a cloud-native Postgres database as a service for every developer.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our remote, distributed team, helping to streamline our hiring process for scalability and enabling building Neon's Team.

Timezone requirement: GMT - GMT+4

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain candidate data in ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Ashby or similar tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Optimize candidate communication for faster, smoother hiring
  • Communicate with candidates promptly, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events or initiatives.
We are looking for someone who has
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role, ideally within a technical startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience supporting engineering/technical hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in managing ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Asby or similar systems.
  • Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote company and managing recruitment across time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
