Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to manage all inbound applications in our applicant tracking system. This pivotal role involves reviewing profiles, assessing fit, and assigning candidates to the appropriate requisitions where they are most likely to succeed. The Sourcer will work closely with our recruiters to ensure that only the best candidates are forwarded for further consideration, thereby maintaining the quality and efficiency of our hiring process.

Requirements

Manage and review all inbound applications in our applicant tracking system.

- Evaluate resumes, recorded videos, and technical requirements to determine candidate fit.

- Assign candidates to requisitions based on their qualifications, time zone, language, and technical requirements.

- Act as the gatekeeper for our brand, ensuring only top-tier candidates are passed to recruiters.

- Occasionally conduct outbound sourcing to build candidate pipelines.

- Handle inbound communications and manage candidate expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a high-volume hiring environment, ideally for a company hiring 50 to 100 heads a month.

- Exceptional judgment of character and strong emotional intelligence.

- Ability to work effectively from 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Passion for matching the right people to the right roles and helping them succeed in their careers.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
