Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: $1000-$1300 USD / month, plus bonus for each hire you make
Company Location: Canada
Hours: full time EST with flexibility
Benefits: full-time remote, 13th month pay, stipend to use on HMU or mobile backup, and flexible vacation/sick leave

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates at Typescouts. You'll be working on various client profiles, doing end-to-end recruitment work for both the Philippines and South America/LatAm.

Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top candidates globally.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for remote and global roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and hiring candidates globally.

Proven experience in the South American/LatAm market

Proven experience hiring candidates for US companies

Familiarity with active sourcing (outbound)
