In this role you’ll be helping to change the world through science and technology apprenticeships. With your obsession for spotting potential, you’ll seek out and find the most amazing talent in the market to become fearless apprentices, who have the potential to develop into awesome longer-term employees within businesses.

The Role

Gone are the days of advertising, sitting back and waiting for the candidates to come flooding in. You'll tenaciously seek out candidates to fill apprenticeship vacancies for our businesses. Thinking 'outside the box', you'll craft innovative recruitment campaigns to capture the imagination of potential apprentices.

You'll own the full-cycle recruitment processes for allocated apprenticeship vacancies. You'll actively seek and champion talent that can positively contribute to businesses, who don't necessarily 'tick all the boxes' and have great potential to grow and develop.

About you

We’re looking for someone who absolutely LOVES recruitment and spotting potential, with your own confidence, flair and style of resourcing developed from your experience. You’ll thrive on COLLABORATING with others and you’ll get a kick out of working as part of a team. As a SELF-STARTER, you’ll be TRUSTED to work autonomously and take responsibility for figuring out the best way to deliver and smash your targets! Starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Hours of work – you can choose your own hours, providing you’re around when stakeholders need you and clock up 37.5 hours per week
Remote working
Travel requirement
5% employee / 3% employer pension contribution
Annual away day
Regular training and CPD opportunities
