Lume is on a mission to normalize body odor beyond the pits and provide people with outrageously effective solutions so they never have to think twice about odor! Our Whole Body Deodorants can be used for any unwanted odor—from pits, to privates and beyond. It’s doctor-developed, made with skin-safe ingredients that are gentle enough for the most sensitive parts and clinically proven to control any external B.O. for 72 hours. In 2023, we launched a men’s line called Mando.  Mando uses the same technology as Lume but has different scent profiles.

We are a 6-year-old fast growing, omni-channel deodorant and personal care brand that’s transforming the way that humans do hygiene. We joined forces with Harry’s, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate our growth. We are a team of self-starters that roll up our sleeves and get it done. Our style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must.

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic Amazon Creative Manager to lead our creative asset management on Amazon.com. The ideal candidate will combine extensive Amazon marketplace experience with a strong creative vision and data-driven approach. You'll be responsible for developing and optimizing all creative elements of our Amazon presence, including product listings, A+ content, and brand store designs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate performance metrics into compelling visual narratives that drive sales growth and enhance our brand positioning in the competitive Amazon landscape.



Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy for Lume Deodorant on Amazon.com.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of creating, managing, and optimizing all Amazon creative assets, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across product listings, A+ content, storefront, and advertising materials.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective brand representation.
  • Leverage data-driven insights from A/B testing and advanced analytics to continuously refine creative strategies, enhancing performance and customer engagement.
  • Proactively monitor and adapt to Amazon's evolving best practices, marketplace trends, and platform updates, maintaining a competitive edge while ensuring full compliance.




Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of creative experience, specifically within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing creative assets for Amazon, including a deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, Terms of Service, and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use statistical evidence to drive creative decisions.
  • Experience troubleshooting back-end Amazon issues when trying to update creative assets - e.g., Brand Storefronts, A+ Content, etc.
  • Exceptional organization, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to work in a highly autonomous fashion – self-manage initiatives, deadlines, to-dos, and prioritization 
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as familiarity with Amazon-specific tools and platforms.
  • Amazon software tools experience, ie Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Amazon Ads Console, SQP Dashboard

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $110,000-$120,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.  

This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered and able to employ individuals.
