Fountain is growing, and so is our Marketing team! We seek a Customer Marketing Manager passionate about planning, organizing, and executing programs that keep Fountain customers highly engaged with Fountain as a brand.  You will generate new opportunities for our customers and support the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts. This is a high-impact position and would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and drive customer engagement strategies across the Fountain platform
  • Champion our Customer Advisory Board and Champions program by collaborating with various Fountain teams to enhance customer engagement and storytelling. You’ll do everything from sourcing customer speakers to organizing meetups, facilitating in-person training programs, planning and hosting webinars, and more
  • Illuminate our customers' narratives: You’ll make our customers’ stories come to life by collaborating closely with Fountain teams and customers to unearth and articulate compelling stories showcasing how our platform revolutionizes their operations. You'll serve as the customer advocate, uncovering stories for case studies, testimonials, videos, webinars, press releases, and user-generated content
  • Drive key customer references for priority Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by identifying and aligning pivotal customers with priority opportunities to share their success stories. Recognizing that peer references often serve as the ultimate validation, you'll expand our repository of validated customer references and collaborate with sales to match the ideal reference with the corresponding opportunity
  • Innovate and execute new programs and campaigns to address evolving business needs. Lead and execute diverse campaigns and programs to meet the dynamic requirements of the business
  • Drive the maturity of customer communications to streamline team operations and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Spearhead franchise marketing and activation efforts by orchestrating Fountain brand awareness campaigns and crafting resonant messaging in collaboration with key stakeholders

What you should bring:

  • 5-8 years of customer-facing marketing experience, with proven relationship management and partnership-development skills
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills essential for interacting with high-profile clients. You possess a natural flair for writing and storytelling and relish the opportunity to refine these skills further
  • Confidence to pitch customers, navigate relationships, and leverage your extensive personal network
  • A nuanced understanding of the HRtech industry and the ability to discern which customers align with specific industry segments to anticipate the types of stories they may share
  • A creative problem solver who understands how to change directions when needed or find new paths or solutions to “get to yes”
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Previous experience in Customer Success Management (CSM) or Account Management
  • Remote work capability preferred, with willingness to travel occasionally throughout the year (less than 30%)

Salary Range: $135,000 - $176,000 USD
