Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective marketing strategies and plans to promote the services of GLS Hub
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure GLS Hub remains at the forefront of marketing excellence
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
