Job Description

In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients from onboarding to continuous growth, creating data-driven strategies through platforms like Meta and TikTok. With a high degree of autonomy, you'll be responsible for achieving key metrics, such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Optimise Campaigns: Run highly targeted, data-backed ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok, with a focus on increasing ROI and driving revenue.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and refine hyper-targeted audiences, including high-value customers, lookalike segments, and custom retargeting audiences based on Klaviyo data.
  • Performance Analysis: Analayse key metrics, including ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use insights to make informed decisions, optimise campaigns, and reach revenue goals.
  • Creative Ad Strategy: Collaborate with our creative team to develop persuasive ad copy and visually appealing ad creatives. Test different ad formats (carousel, video, static) and adjust based on performance.
  • Retargeting and Remarketing: Build and optimise retargeting campaigns to re-engage site visitors, abandoned carts, and email-engaged customers.
  • A/B Testing and Optimisation: Conduct regular A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bids to continuously improve performance. Adapt strategies quickly based on what’s driving results.
  • Trend Monitoring and Platform Updates: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains effective and competitive.
  • Reporting and Strategy: Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, offering strategic insights and recommending adjustments. Set and track KPIs aligned with growth objectives.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in paid digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing eCommerce campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools to optimise for key metrics.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to develop engaging ad copy and collaborate on visuals that align with Season’s brand identity and resonate with our audience.
  • Audience Targeting Expertise: Proficiency in creating highly segmented and retargeted audiences, with experience leveraging custom audiences and insights from tools like Klaviyo.
  • A/B Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with A/B testing best practices for ad creatives, audiences, and bids.
  • Adaptability: Able to quickly pivot strategies based on performance data, industry trends, and platform changes.
