A day in the life:

  • We’re looking for a creative and energetic full-time TikTok Paid Social Strategist to join our team with a passion for performance marketing and team management.
  • You will lead and execute upon a TikTok paid social strategy that helps reach a business' overarching goals and work closely to optimize strategies for our TikTok clients.
  • A TikTok Paid Social Strategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, growth and execution from A-Z of TikTok paid social accounts.
  • You will work closely with the team and our clients making sure we are hitting or surpassing monthly performance goals, as well as collaborate with the TikTok creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to ensure we are best-in-class across the channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Client Retention - Own strategy execution, measurement, and modification across accounts
  • Client Success - Effectively execute builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels and facilitating production with specialists on teams where applicable. Operational Excellence & Scale - Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen, as well as complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via TikTok
  • Product Quality - Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals and ability to navigate roadblocks, as well as adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results
  • Efficiency and Automation: Actively identify ways to leverage AI in the workflow

Role Requirements:

  • Legally able to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • 2+ years of experience in performance media buying, ideally in a digital or media agency (inclusive of 1.5+ years of experience in performance media buying on TikTok)
  • 2+ years of E-commerce experience
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills required and ability to ask clarifying questions
  • Strong enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment to paid social and client work

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • $26k RPE
  • 6-8 owned clients
  • Less than 10% annual client churn rate

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Delivering top-tier product, as well as owning strategic direction and channel communication for designated accounts, overseeing effective reporting and execution of channel strategy
  • Account Growth & Retention (results & sentiment)
