We are currently looking for an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team. You will be launching advertising campaigns using paid marketing channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others related to Health and Fitness audience
The ideal candidate will be:
Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization and scaling
Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization
Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reporting
Researching and evaluating of new user acquisition channels
Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies.
Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.
In you first three months you will:
Be proficient on all metrics, processes and reports
Independently manage the project, adhere to best practices, achieve target ROI, and know how to scale and reduce volumes when necessary
Lead an additional area of responsibility, suggest ideas and improvements, know how to analyze competitors, and make data-driven decisions
Your professional qualities:
3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing as Media Buyer/User Acquisition/PPC
Practical experience with a large budget in Facebook Ads/Google AdWords/Apple Search Ads and/or advertising networks
Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional team
Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)), experience with Google Analytic
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary
