About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have the autonomy to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and marketing, to identify the most impactful opportunities to deliver customer value that drives our business forward. Your expertise will directly impact Limble’s continued growth and impact the shaping of our product culture. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Value Delivery: Deliver exceptional, iterative value to our customers and the business. You will ensure that every product and feature you oversee has the end-user in mind, driving meaningful and measurable outcomes. By deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, you will prioritize initiatives that provide the highest impact. 

  • Business Impact: Align key initiatives with the company's overarching goals, ensuring that every opportunity you lead contributes to revenue growth and retention, market share expansion, and overall business success. Your ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make informed decisions will enable you to identify opportunities that maximize business value. 

  • Product Culture: You will play a crucial role in shaping and fostering a strong product culture within the organization. By promoting a culture of customer-obsessed innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will inspire team members to think creatively and strive for excellence. Your leadership will emphasize the importance of data-driven decision-making, agile methodologies, and cross-functional teamwork. Your example and influence will help create an environment where product excellence thrives, driving individual and collective success.

  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to gather actionable insights about user behavior, conversion rates, and product usage. Translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of prioritized initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages idea-sharing and innovation.

  • Customer Insights: Gather user feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Use customer feedback to inform product improvements and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with product-led sales in a SaaS environment.

  • Track record in delivering measurable value to customers and to the business

  • Experience partnering extremely closely with UX and Engineering teams, from discovery through delivery

  • Deep experience with product analytics tools (Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

  • Experience creating, executing, and analyzing experiments

  • First principles thinking: You start with why and work backward from the end goal

Benefits:

  • $135,000 - $165,000, depending on experience
