Since our beginning in Paris in 2013, we've been pioneering the future of AI with a platform that makes data actionable and accessible. With over 1,000 teammates across 25 countries and backed by a renowned set of investors, we're the architects of Everyday AI, enabling data experts and domain experts to work together to build AI into their daily operations, from advanced analytics to Generative AI.
Dataiku is looking for an Engagement Manager to join the Global Services team. The ideal candidate is an energetic individual who is passionate about AI and keen to solve business problems by helping customers drive their Dataiku project. You will be responsible for driving a smooth client rollout of our product. This requires skilled coordination of the deployment, training, and adoption activities so that users derive the maximum value from the software.
In this role, you'll help the team
-
Manage client relationships, and needs, and oversee implementation services estimation, delivery, and controls
-
Lead the service delivery project team, managing risks and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
-
Effectively project-manage the delivery to our clients of Dataiku’s suite of professional services: such services include assisted software installation, customer training/coaching, and co-development of data science projects with our customers
-
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, both within Dataiku and among our customers
-
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
-
Contribute to the standardization of our implementation processes while Dataiku continues our rapid growth

You'd be a great fit if you:
-
3 years + of experience in a customer-facing role and/or project management in a technical context

Have an understanding and practical experience with modern project management methodologies and software delivery. Experience in enterprise data projects is a plus!
-
An interest in staying up to date on the latest techniques surrounding data, big data, and data science (Coding, Machine Learning, Databases, Cloud stacks…). You must be technically minded, but you don’t have to be an expert to do well here
-
An organized, resourceful, process-oriented mind with an ability to work with autonomy
-
Good communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts to varying degrees of technical audiences
-
Thrive in the building and iteration of efficient processes
