Job Summary:
We are seeking a Vice PresidentOf Quality Assurance to join our R&D team at REAL. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing two critical teams: the QA Team and the R&D Technical Support Team. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools, particularly in web and mobile application testing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and manage two critical teams: the QA Team and the R&D Technical Support Team.
The QA Team is responsible for performing quality assurance on our web and mobile applications, including writing and executing test plans and implementing automation using Playwright.
The R&D Support Team handles all technical support cases, working closely with other company members to triage production issues and escalate them to engineering as needed.
Drive the strategy and vision for quality assurance across the organization, ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes, efficient testing of new features, and timely resolution of production issues.
Mentor, coach, and grow both the QA and R&D Support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
Scale the QA and support teams to meet the growing needs of the business, ensuring the teams are equipped with the necessary tools, skills, and resources to succeed.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of QA automation strategies, with a focus on increasing efficiency and coverage.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Should be an experienced QA leader with at least 7 years of experience managing and scaling global QA teams and support teams.
Must have a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools, particularly in web and mobile application testing.
A Strong Believer of QA automation..
Experience with test automation, preferably using Playwright or similar tools.
A strong background in managing QA and technical support teams, with a focus on resolving complex production issues and improving system reliability.
Strategic thinker, capable of driving the QA vision for the organization and aligning it with broader company goals.
You are an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Hands-on leader who can both guide your teams and dive into the details when needed.
Should be passionate about quality and have a track record of delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working in an agile environment and are adept at balancing speed with quality.

YouTrack for ticketing system using Kanban methodologies
Education and Experience:
Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with test automation, preferably using Playwright or similar tools.
