What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Channel Program Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management and execution of channel programs designed to drive sales growth, exceed revenue targets, and expand marketshare. This role involves working closely with channel partner programs and PRM and Incentive systems.

 

What you can expect to do this role:

  • Attain assigned sales targets and/or other key measures of success
  • On-going operation and support of the Jamf global channel program, PRM and Incentive systems, sales plays, onboarding and sales enablement
  • Develop and oversee incentive programs for channel partners, ensuring accountability and return on investment.
  • Maintenance and improvements of content and programs to the Jamf partner portal
  • Maintentance and improvements to the global channel program
  • Qualify and manage requests for information from channel partners
  • Provide resolution for partner issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employees
  • Create an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the Jamf organization

What we are looking for:

  • 2-5 years channel/industry experience(Required)
  • Demonstrated ability of executing channel programs(Required)
  • Proven track record and working knowledge of PRM and Incentive platforms (Impartner, 360Insights, etc), Excel and SFDC(Required)
  • Channel program and software experience with deep understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven analytical and data-driving decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of financial terms and concepts to understand the partner’s business and to justify investments in the partner
  • Enthusiastically accept new challenges and lead by example
  • Experience working in the Apple channel ecosystem (preferred)
