Meet the team behind this journey

As our Global Sales Compensation Manager, you will play an important role in the continued growth of our GTM team. With your experience and knowledge of sales compensation, it is easy for you to identify potential improvements in operational processes and to build out a world class compensation program. You will help the existing team build and improve the current tools and processes, providing leadership to the business on how to design and implement compensation across sales, customer success and other departments.

Your responsibilities

  • To build upon our compensation strategy by developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with the company's business goals, market trends, and budget constraints
  • Consult on compensation issues and solutions ranging from incentive plan design and individual employee pay recommendations to unique compensation programs
  • Proactively identify challenges that our sales teams encounter in the day-to-day operations and build solutions to drive efficiency interventions, such as retention programs, one-time payments, off-cycle increases, and promotions, etc.
  • Manage the rollout of a new compensation tool, partnering with the Business Technology team, including design, testing, implementation and on-going improvements; working closely with Sales Enablement to ensure effective adoption with all users.
  • Consistently monitor feedback from the sales teams to improve processes.
  • Communicate compensation policies, practices, and changes effectively to employees, managers, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns to maintain a positive employee experience.
  • Train the relevant teams on our compensation philosophy and mechanics
  • Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based off of trends, seasonal variance, etc
  • Be part of the sales operations roadmap planning in collaboration with various stakeholders from Sales, SalesOps, RevOps
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Finance, Sales Operations, IT and Legal to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Document procedures, workflows and best practices related to compensation programs, financial processes and reconciliation.


Qualities we look for

  • 8+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Growth and scale-up mindset to help us build

  • Experience of running compensation programs for quota carrying roles (and others as required) on a global scale

  • Knowledge of local markets, pay rates, commission rates and other market specific data

  • Experience of setting up and maintaining a compensation tool such as Everstage, SPIFF, CaptivateIQ, Xactly or similar.

  • Intellectual curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo

  • Can work well with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders towards a common goal

  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel

  • Strong “get things done” mindset
