Global Sales Enablement Specialist

Location: London, United Kingdom

Position: Global Sales Enablement Specialist

Salary: $65k-$85k GBP

Location:  Europe Based, Remote – Full Time, ~ 25% travel required

You will be joining the Global Sales Enablement Team at IMI Process Automation, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio through strategic and value-driven sales programs. This role isn't just a job; it's a chance to shape the future of our company and drive real change in how we engage and succeed in the market. 

In your role, you will collaborate with our global sales leadership team, and other brilliant SMEs to design, develop, implement and manage comprehensive global sales programs that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales teams in Americas, APAC and EMEA. As these programs are currently in the early stages of design, you will be able to add your creative ideas and structure to the framework.

The primary focus of your role is to create, deliver and project manage sales content (product, business, sales tools, selling skills and more) and sales onboarding. This includes needs analysis, content design/development, implementation (combination of on-demand, virtual live and in person where required) and evaluation. 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • 1+ years proven experience in a Sales Training, Product Training or Sales Enablement role
  • Sales experience is a plus, not required
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, not required
  • Proficient English is required.  Other languages are a plus, not required

Communication & Business Skills:

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively with sales leadership and sales team members
  • Collaborate with subject matter expert(s) to create engaging and effective training materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Training & Project Management Skills, Processes & Tools:

  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
  • Proven experience to assess needs, design, develop, update and maintain comprehensive sales training programs using the ADDIE methodology
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Deliver training content in-person & virtual live facilitation (Microsoft Teams)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Familiarity using the Kirkpatrick Model
  • Work with Team members and other SMEs to manage and govern content
  • Develop and update a project management schedule of sessions and content
  • Develop and update a project management content library Project Plan (excel or another tool)

Training Tools:

  • Utilize various formats using content like PowerPoint, Canva or other infographic tools, Camtasia or other videography tools, Slido, Mentimeter or other engagement tools, and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate or others (preference is Articulate Rise with other tools listed above)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams and a master of PowerPoint design and facilitation
  • Proficient using Excel to project manage tasks and content as applicable
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce is a plus, not required
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint page design and content management is a plus, not required
  • Engineering experience is a plus, not required
