Job Description

Key Focus Areas:

  • Revenue Growth Optimization: Spearhead efforts to scale and optimize revenue streams, continuously assessing and refining strategies to achieve sustainable growth targets.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, employing innovative approaches to expand the customer base and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue potential while maintaining competitiveness and value proposition in the market.
  • Business Analytics: Lead comprehensive business analytics initiatives to identify opportunities for revenue growth, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Forge strategic partnerships and alliances to unlock new revenue streams and drive business growth, collaborating with key stakeholders to capitalize on synergies and opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide leadership and direction in sales enablement efforts, equipping sales teams with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to drive revenue generation effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in revenue/growth-focused roles, with demonstrated expertise in business analytics and revenue optimization.
  • Experience of working for a Cloud or SaaS business would be considered an advantage
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is required.
