Partner Relationship Manager

Mark43 is expanding its Alliances team and looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Partner Relationship Manager. This position requires 50% travel. The ideal candidate is passionate about implementing the next generation of police technologies and has a well-developed understanding and appreciation of the advantages of enterprise SaaS solutions. This is a new department for Mark43, and the growth of the role is very important.
As the Relationship Manager this role will be critical in driving growth through strategic partnerships with resellers and distributors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the law enforcement landscape and be adept at managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing go-to-market strategies to enhance partner performance.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with resale partners, including distributors and resellers.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and drive partner success.
- Training and Support: Provide training and resources to partners to ensure they understand our software solutions and can effectively sell them to the right customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that support partners.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and relay it to internal teams to help refine products and services.
- Additional: Assist in the integration partner program in managing key and strategic product partners.
What You’ll Need
- Passion for supporting police, first responders, and other government agencies.
- 3-5 years of experience in Public Sector partner management, account management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the software or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of law enforcement operations and software solutions is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working cross functionally with product management, legal, and marketing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred experience working with product partnerships.
