What We Need

We are seeking a talented and driven Partnerships Manager to join our growing UK team. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with our advertiser partners, driving revenue, and ensuring the success of Yieldmo’s programmatic and managed service advertising campaigns. Partners will include Brands, Agencies and DSPs across  EMEA. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. A top candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically, build and grow advocacy, identify business opportunities and navigate conversations with a wide array of internal teams including Client Services, Sales, Product and Product Marketing.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to grow and retain advertiser partnerships, acting as a trusted consultant and cultivating Yieldmo champions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Tech to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional creative formats and creative tech to existing clients.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to advertisers on campaign setup, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advertiser inquiries, escalations, and technical issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, including spend, KPIs, campaign delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with Product Marketing team to develop and maintain collateral hubs, distributing relevant collateral (e.g. product features, case studies, tentpole packages) to DSP commercial leads and key account teams. 
  • Host Quarterly Business Reviews and share key business metrics on a regular basis, benchmarking DSP performance relative to peers and advising on key revenue opportunities that drive the most impact for each partner.  
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and drive partnerships growth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and features based on client feedback and market demands.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience; 3+ years of online advertising experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop and execute account plans and build relationships (both internally and externally with clients)
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization with complete composure
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to excellence — proactivity, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience or holding other degrees will be considered
