We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our ever-growing sales team.

This person will be responsible for guiding our sales team to drive pipeline generation, manage Account Executives, and leverage pre-existing relationships with channels. The ideal candidate will be a data-focused manager with a deep understanding of new business, strong coaching abilities, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems effectively.

Day in the life

  • Guide, mentor and manage a team of Account Executives

  • Build a sales strategy programme to consider segments, verticals, enablement and development of our sellers

  • Monitor and drive pipeline generation and ensure quality and quantity of the pipeline, working collaboratively with other GTM functions

  • Track and examine conversion rates across different GTM facets and at an individual rep level

  • Work closely with the Channel team to ensure strong integration of the sellers into the channel ecosystem

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise Marketing Qualified Prospects (MQPs)

  • Utilise and evaluate empirical data to guide choices on where there are opportunities to resolve issues or exploit an area of strength

  • Work closely with reps on deals, understanding the commercials and identifying what a good deal looks like

  • Set and monitor segment targets across verticals and regions

  • Understand and optimise sales operations processes

What you bring to the team

  • Cybersecurity start-up/scale-up experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a management role with direct reports

  • Extensive experience working in the channel

  • Proven track record in new business development

  • Strong understanding of sales operations and data-driven decision making

  • Ability to manage and leverage pre-existing relationships with channel partners

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability as a strong coach and developer of people

  • Motivated, level-headed, and a strong culture add to the team
