Job Description

Our client creates an AI platform which detects cyber threats by adapting the program to the needs of each company individually. This AI platform dramatically changes cybersecurity posture by proactively detecting both current and future cyber threats.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales manager to join this team. The ideal candidate will have background in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain contact with existing clients to ensure their needs and address any issues;
  • Actively identify and engage with potential clients using different strategies and various channels of communication;
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with both new and existing clients;
  • Ensure that all interactions with clients are recorded and updated in CRM system;
  • Make both warm and cold calls to develop connections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales role;
  • Knowledge of sales principles and strategies;
  • Previous experience in the IT or cybersecurity sector is an advantage;
  • Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English;
  • Motivated, independent and extroverted.
