Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, the Sales Ops Analyst will play a crucial role in opportunity/pipeline hygiene, data analysis, reporting, Salesforce support, and sales process improvement initiatives to maximize revenue generation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Invest in identifying areas of improvement and managing/delivering ad-hoc projects pertaining to sales strategy/ops. and related areas to drive value
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce providing guidance and support to the sales team and collaborating with Salesforce Administrators to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
- Support the Sales teams (including Payer GTM, Channel Partnership, & Strategic Alliances, etc.) by standardizing business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or similar field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in business or sales operations
- Understanding of Sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- 1-2 years of progressive experience working in the SFDC CRM platform with hands-on experience in creating standard reports & dashboards AND , CRM-A dashboards is a plus
- Advanced Sheets/Excel skills (data filters, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Data connections).

- On-time project delivery
- Quarterly forecast accuracy
- Deal closure accuracy in Salesforce
The target base salary range for this position is $105,000- 125,800, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
