Job Description
As a Sales Territory Manager (m/w/d) - North UK - remote you will be in charge of selling microscopy in a part of the UK - your regional area in North UK would be the North of the UK going down to the postcode areas Durham, Huddersfield, Halifax, Preston, Blackburn.
- Drive Territory Growth: Lead sales activities, including customer meetings, live product demos, workshops, and exhibitions, to achieve business goals.
- Strategic Action Plans: Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with Evident’s strategic objectives.
- Marketing Campaigns: Implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build trust by delivering expert advice and clear communication in line with Evident’s values.
- Accurate Documentation: Record sales activities in CRM systems promptly.
- Participation in Events: Attend exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.
- Business Development: Manage and sell high-end solutions (microscopy, imaging) across life science markets.
- Prospecting and Implementation: Guarantee successful sales projects.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and training at customer sites and exhibitions.
- Negotiation and Tender Preparation: Prepare tender responses and negotiate price offers.
- Existing Customer Care: Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- You have by preference completed a university degree in Scientific, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or relateded degree in Scientific, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related
- You have a strong background in optics and microscopy
- You have good experience in direct sales and project management is desirable
- You are strongly motivated and willing to develop the business further
- You have a good level of business spirit and result oriented
- You are highly customer service-oriented and have a positive winning attitude
- You are highly motivated for working in a multicultural environment and or willing to travel
- You have profound technical understanding and skills
- Good knowledge of the English language (written and oral expression).
- Complete the profile: strong commercial attitudes, good relational and problem-solving skills.
- Full clean UK driving license
- Competent user of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
