Simple Technology Solutions is looking for a Power Platform Architect to add to our team.

Quick Position Overview:

  • US Citizenship is required
  • minimum of 5 years' position-related experience within the last 10 years is required

The Role:

We are looking for a Power Platform Architect who will be responsible for all aspects of implementing solutions including development, testing, deployment, and process documentation. In this role the candidate will also be providing guidance and sharing best practices regarding Power Platform architecture.

The Power Platform Architect at STS will:

  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of the applications and technical architectures related to their area(s)
  • Create applications and services that use C# and ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (Model-View-Controller)
  • Develop/design databases (SQL, Oracle, No SQL)
  • Assist with the architecture and design of Azure-hosted and MS Power Platform applications/services per customer requirements in support of Power Apps, Power BI, Flow, Dynamic 365
  • Influence/direct application modernization and use Azure DevOps
  • Pay strong attention to detail
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting and verbal/written communication skills
  • Work in an agile environment and provide technical knowledge and development to the team throughout all agile ceremonies
  • Possess ability to help large-scale organizations adopt Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate
  • Support the successful adoption of Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration & Deployment, and Power Platform as a Framework
  • Assist migration of legacy applications and/or services to the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

Education and Experience:

Required

  • US Citizenship
  • 5 years' of hands-on, every day, position-related experience within the last 10 years
  • Experience with Web Services, WCF, and Service-Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with Azure development
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be able to work the hours of 8am-5pm Eastern Time regardless of your home location
