Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer, for our esteemed client.

 

Client Strategy & Consulting:

Partner with insurance companies to understand their specific business challenges and data landscape.

Develop data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, risk management, underwriting, claims processing, and customer experience.

Translate complex data concepts into clear and concise language for business stakeholders.

Data Architecture & Implementation:

Design and implement data solutions using technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, and Amazon S3.

Ensure data quality, security, and scalability throughout the data lifecycle.

Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection, transformation, and analysis.

Advanced Analytics & Insights:

Develop and execute data models and analytical techniques to extract valuable insights from client data.

Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to inform data-driven decision making.

Communicate findings effectively through compelling visualizations and reports.

Teamwork & Communication:

Collaborate effectively with internal teams (data scientists, engineers) and external stakeholders (executive teams, business users) to deliver successful projects.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure they maximize the value of their data investment.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in data consulting or a related field, with a focus on the insurance industry a plus.

Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven solutions for insurance companies.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.

Proficiency in SQL querying languages (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., Amazon S3).

Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies (optional, a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Remote
Shift Timing : 5:30 Pm To 3:00 Am ( 4-5 Hrs Overlapping )
Budget : 30 - 38 LPA
